ACDelco has announced the launch of its e-Catalog in the region, offering a one stop shop for all car needs. The Electronic Parts Catalog is hosted on ACDelco’s regional website (www.acdelcoarabia.com) and allows dealer partners and customers to find the right part for most vehicle makes and models from a robust database with just a few clicks.

The system allows ACDelco customers and dealer partners to find the needed part easily, by using one of several search parameters such as vehicle make, model year, part name or part number, to ensure they get the exact component they need. To make it even more convenient, the Electronic Parts Catalog also enables customers to check their requirements using further navigation down to the engine sizes, fuel and body type to get to the specifics. Most importantly, the application data integrated into the system enables the customer to navigate through the system easily to find the right part that fits their vehicle.

What makes the system unique is its ability to provide detailed information on all the elements that would enable users to make the right choices from the comfort of their own home. Providing peace of mind, customers can browse through images, specifications, FAQs, features and benefits, maintenance, warranty, wear and troubleshooting to make an informed and assured decision. Customers can also choose their preferred language from the available English, Arabic and French.

“Through this Electronic Catalog, we have devised an innovative new way for customers to find the right ACDelco product with remarkable ease. Equally importantly, not only will this save time and effort for our users, it is a reliable method to access product information around the clock.

ACDelco has always been at the forefront of innovation when it comes to the aftermarket industry and this latest offering is testament to our customer-centric philosophy,” said Mohammed Al Fayyad, Customer Care and After Sales Director, General Motors, Africa & Middle East.
