NOVITEC refines the FERRARI DAYTONA SP3

How do you make one of the world’s most exclusive sports cars even more thrilling and more dynamic? You let one of the leading Ferrari customisers do their magic! NOVITEC refined the Ferrari Daytona SP3 with several targeted upgrades, resulting in improved performance, more aggressive looks and a more stylish interior.

The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is powered by the largest twelve-cylinder in the history of the sports car manufacturer from Maranello. To further optimize the performance of the 6.5-liter power plant, NOVITEC developed a meticulously calibrated high-performance exhaust system with metal catalysts. This system is fully thermally insulated, which also has a positive impact on heat build-up in the engine bay and thus on the power delivery as well. This effect can be further optimized with 999 fine gold-plating of the entire exhaust  system. The intelligent exhaust gas routing and the reduced exhaust back pressure boost peak power by 28 hp. With an output of 868 hp, the tuned mid-engined car is even more lively and reacts more promptly to throttle inputs.

The NOVITEC sports exhaust for the Daytona SP3 is fitted with an electronically controlled sound management that enables varying the exhaust note from inside the cockpit. The spectrum ranges from decidedly subtle with the system closed to a V12 engine sound reminiscent of motor racing at high engine speeds and with the exhaust flaps open. The NOVITEC high-performance exhaust system is combined with the stock tailpipes.

The NOVITEC NF10 wheels with five delicate twin spokes and hub cap in centerlock styling pictured in these photos offer an outstanding combination of strength and lightweight design. The NOVITEC NF10 rims of size 9.5Jx20 with 265/30 ZR 20 tires fill out the available space under the front wheel arches of the SP3 perfectly. At the rear, wheels of size 12.5Jx21 with 345/30 ZR 21 tires provide superb traction.
