ZAFCO launches new patterns at SEMA 2015

There was a lot of traction around the ZAFCO booth this year as the company unveiled two brand new patterns - the all-season ZEETEX ZT3000, an eco-friendly alternative in the PCR category that offers exceptional wet grip and balanced driving behavior, and the slick ACCELERA Delta Sport, the brand’s first racing tire engineered with the R-Compound. Maintaining a presence at the SEMA Show for the past decade, the ZAFCO umbrella has expanded and now boasts four brands, ZEETEX, ACCELERA, FORCEUM, and ARMSTRONG, all of which showcased a wide range of patterns under PCR, TBR, SUV and Winter categories. The booth also featured Café Zee, a creative concept introduced by ZEETEX, inviting attendees for some tire talk over a cup of coffee. The four-day agenda at SEMA was dedicated to deepening existing relationships and cultivating new ones.

World Premier of Nissan Patrol Desert Edition in Dubai

The Nissan Patrol Desert Edition made its global debut at the 13th annual Dubai Motor Show, a new variant conceptualized and developed in collaboration with the Middle East’s most famous and influential motorsports personality, Dr Mohammed Ben Sulayem, specifically for this region. Visually identifiable with special ‘Desert Edition’ and ‘MBS’ badges, this new model is based on the Nissan Patrol LE, powered by the 400hp 5.6L V8 engine which is mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission. Special skid plates for underbody protection are an obvious enhancement. In addition it has an on-board tyre inflator for getting the car’s tyres back to normal pressure for driving home, as well as ‘Bead-lock’ wheels that enable those tyres to be used at extremely low pressures, without the risk of the tyres coming off. The Nissan Patrol Desert Edition is priced at USD 69,430 USD in the UAE.
